Based in Devon, TM Construction Solutions provides ground screw foundation solutions for residential, commercial and specialist projects across the South Coast and throughout the UK.
As an approved installer within the UK’s only BBA-certified ground screw network, we take projects from site assessment and ground testing through to professional installation and project-specific verification.

Before TM, Sam spent 16 years in the Royal Engineers, including service as a Commando Sapper with 59 Commando Squadron. After completing the All Arms Commando Course and earning the Green Beret, he worked in environments where planning, practical engineering and problem-solving had to be clear, disciplined and dependable.
When he left the Army in 2025, he brought that same approach into TM. It still shows in the way we assess sites, prepare for installation and work through problems when conditions on the ground are not straightforward.
The military background is part of TM’s story, but the principle behind it is simple: understand the job, plan it properly and carry out the work to a high standard.

Ground testing provides site-specific information to help inform the installation approach, while the project requirements help define what the finished foundation needs to achieve.
